The purpose of the screening process is to assess the likelihood the tenant will fulfill the terms of the lease or rental agreement and will also take great care of the rental property.
LEASING
You’ve decided to rent and you’ve found a place you like. We are going to want you to sign a lease that locks you into a term and a monthly rental payment plus a security deposit.
PAYMENT
Most apartment tenants pay their monthly rent by check. But we are accepting rent payments by credit card, along with the ability to process transactions online.
